As we climb higher in Torghast we start to become exposed to Torments. Some of these are passive and unavoidable, but the Torments for Skoldus Hall and the Fracture Chambers are adds that spawn every 30 or 40 seconds while you are not in combat. Torghast doesn't have a timer and many are enjoying being able to take their time on a floor. But once you hit Torment: Eye of Skoldus and Torment: Fracturing Forces for those wings, all bets are off.
