Kyrian's Phial of Serenity Clears Necrotic Stacks in Mythic+

Necrotic can be a nasty affix for Tanks in Shadowlands Mythic+, but if you're a Kyrian Tank, you'll have an advantage in Mythic+ this week. The Necrotic Wound debuff counts as a Bleed effect so Kyrian's Phial of Serenity can remove Necrotic Stacks and Kleia's Soulbind can make you completely immune to Necrotic for 8 seconds!

In Shadowlands, Necrotic Wound stacks are a problem on certain trash pulls and bosses.
