Spying in Torghast - Sylvanas and Jailer Cutscene (Spoilers)

We've datamined a cutscene from the Shadowlands beta that takes place in the future between Sylvanas and the Jailer. Story spoilers.

In this cutscene, our character eavesdrops on the Jailer and Sylvanas. They believe that Anduin will be the weapon they need, but the Jailer is impatient to get results. Sylvanas then urges patience--is she placating the Jailer, or does she have other plans for Anduin?

The Jailer: ...All that matters is we now possess the necessary instrument.
