Maldraxxus, a zone of war, big bones, and plague. Naturally, it's a place where you'd want to wear a mask. Pandemis is an NPC reminding everyone to do just that. Found in the House of Plagues at around 60, 71, he will have heard that you're planning on venturing further, and wants to know where your mask is.
