December 22nd Hotfixes - Nerf to Sanguine Depths Boss, Summoning Works in Mythic Castle Nathria

The holidays are getting closer but the hotfixes haven't stopped! We have a big nerf to Executor Tarvold in Sanguine Depths and Warlock summoning works once again in Mythic Castle Nathria, which should make everyone in the Race to World First running back happy.

Resolved an issue where some players that interacted with Anima Crystal Shards in Bastion were not receiving credit towards Shard Labor.
