Blizzard Confirms Great Vault Counts Mythic+ Runs That Didn't Beat the Timer

Blizzard has confirmed that you do NOT need to beat the timer for your Mythic+ runs to count towards your Great Vault and that the Great Vault UI currently has a display issue.

To be clear, this means that the reward shown on the Great Vault has been correct. However, the mouseover tooltip that shows your top runs for the week have not been showing runs that fail the timer.
