Blizzard has commented on the proc rate of the Restoration Druid Legendary, Vision of Unending Growth.

BlizzardThat looks right on Vision of Unending Growth –that should be fixed soon. Fair warning, the result won’t be exactly 2.5% in a test like that, because the proc rate will be prorated on partial ticks, to smooth out the haste breakpoint.
