So called useless talents don't stand in the way of Rextroy finding a one shot combo! Justicar's Vengeance is the latest ability he's broken, turning it into a nuclear option able to do upwards 40k damage under the right conditions. Unlike many of his previous showcases, this build is quite ingenious as it doesn't actually focus on any bugs - just a clever way of combining several instant cast abilities into 0.5 seconds of pain and destruction.
