Until Shadowlands launches on October 26th/27th, Azerite Armor will still be available for use, even in the Pre-Patch. With the lack of Corruption in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch, it's worth mentioning that you'll be unable to activate the Heart of Darkness Azerite Trait in its current state.

The Heart of Darkness Azerite Trait was added in 8.3 and is present on all pieces of Ny'alotha Raid Gear.
