GideonAI's List of Hidden Internal Cooldowns for WoW Classic Items, Set Bonuses, and Spells

In WoW, many items and spells have internal hidden cooldowns on their effects. GideonAI has compiled a list of all these cooldowns in WoW Classic, which is quite useful for theorycrafters.
