Outlaw Rogue Changes Bluepost - Between the Eyes Crit Chance & Blade Flurry Poison

Blizzard has made a bluepost buffing Outlaw Rogues' AoE capability to match that of Assassination and Subtlety by allowing Blade Flurry to apply poisons to every target hit. Between the Eyes also now grants increased critical strike chance rather than critical hit damage in order to better work with Blade Flurry.
