Shadowlands Beta Class and Spell Hotfixes (9/3) - Storming Affix, Spirit Shell, Faeline Stomp

Some class and spell hotfixes have been pushed to the Shadowlands Beta on September 3rd, which includes a nerf to the Storming Affix and changes to Priest's Spirit Shell and Monk's Faeline Stomp.

Summary:

The damage dealt by Storming's Tornadoes has been changed to deal 15% maximum health instead of a flat amount of damage that scales with key level.
