Oribos portals were added to Stormwind and Orgrimmar a while ago on the Shadowlands Beta, but the Oribos location on the lower floor of the Orgrimmar room was a slight annoyance to players, as they had to traverse an entire flight of stairs to leave the portal area and enter Orgrimmar proper.
