Insightful Rubellite Gem No Longer Grants Experience Buff in Shadowlands

The Insightful Rubellite gem, which grants 5% increased experience in BFA, no longer does in Shadowlands. It grants 5% swim speed instead and has been renamed Natant Rubellite.

So far other BFA gems like the movement speed Straddling Viridium and Straddling Sage Agate do not appear to be changed in Shadowlands.

The reasons for this nerf are likely tied to the removal of experience buffs from many other items like heirlooms and experience potions in Shadowlands.
