Class Changes Recap for Shadowlands Build 35755 - Class, Legendary, Soulbind and Conduit Tuning

Last week, Shadowlands Beta Build 35938 contained many class changes in addition to Covenant, Legendaries, Soulbind and Conduits updates. This build contained many changes including a nerf to the popular Subtlety Rogue Legendary, a buff to a Guardian Druid Legendary and more!
