Class Changes Recap for Shadowlands Build 35755 - Burst Cooldowns Removed From GCD

Last week, Shadowlands Beta Build 35755 contained many class changes in addition to Covenant, Legendaries, Soulbind and Conduits updates. This build contained many changes including Burst Cooldowns being removed from the GCD, Protection Paladin's getting Holy Power changes and more!
