Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for May 5th, 2020 - Deleted Character Restoration Time, Trothak Shark

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for May 5th, 2020 which includes a change to how often you can restore a deleted character and a fax for Trothak's Flailing Shark moving too fast.

Players can now restore one deleted character every 7 days (was 15 days).

(Finally) fixed an issue that could cause Trothak's Flailing Sharks to move too quickly when players used certain trinkets or area-of-effect spells as they became active.
