May 11th Hotfixes - Turn-in Locations for 8.3 Paragon Quests Now Appear on World Map

Today's hotfixes add turn-in locations for the paragon quests tied to the Patch 8.3 factions: Supplies from the Rajani and Supplies from the Uldum Accord. Don't forget, you can get interesting items inside these caches like the Jade Defender and Cursed Dune Watcher.
