Black Empire BoA Gear Now a Higher Item Level on 8.3 PTR

We recently reported that Patch 8.3 will contain new pieces of Bind-on-Account gear. In recent PTR builds, these Gear Tokens were changed to reward higher item level pieces of gear.

Tokens

Previously, all these Gear Tokens awarded 400 Item Level. Now, they award 415 Item Level for Azerite Armor and 410 Item Level for the other slots.
