Blizzard has posted upcoming class tuning for the next reset on Tuesday, August 13 which includes a buff to Destruction Warlocks, Frost and Unholy Death Knights, Arms Warrior and Restoration Shaman. Outlaw Rogues are getting nerfed by having their Blade Flurry cleave reduced by 33% and one Azerite Trait nerfed as well.
