Blizzard Explains Leviathan's Eye Nerf on 8.2.5 PTR

Blizzard commented on the change made to primary stats on the PTR. In the latest PTR build, Leviathan's Eye gems were nerfed from 120 main stat to 100. Blizzard went to the forums to reply that the change is just part of a set of changes for some gems and, ultimately, the gems should have the same power as they have currently.

Hello – The change being discussed here was the first of two changes in this patch that are together related to a cleanup of how stats are calculated for some gems.
