In today's guide spotlight we will cover the Protection Paladin Tanking Guide by Askalon/Whataburger. Protection Paladins aren't often used in Classic WoW as tanks, due to the lack of a taunt ability, which was only added to the Paladin class in The Burning Crusade expansion. However, there are many raid encounters and scenarios that Protection Paladins can serve as tanks.
