Undocumented Hotfixes to Mythic Za'qul

With this weekly reset, raiders reaching Mythic: Za'qul are reporting some undocumented changes to the encounter.

Previously: You were able to Single Tank the encounter due to being able to control who Mind Tether was on.
Change: Mind Tether now attaches itself to random players if you are single tanking the encounter.
