Primary Stat Gem Leviathan's Eye Stealth Nerfed on the 8.2.5 PTR

Blizzard has apparently stealth nerfed the primary stat gem Leviathan's Eye on the 8.2.5 PTR. This Unique-Equipped gem has been nerfed by about 17% for each primary stat.

The new primary stat gems, Leviathan's Eye, that have been added in Patch 8.2 have now been nerfed on the 8.2.5 PTR. These gems are have been nerfed from +120 Primary Stat to +100, which is about a 17% nerf.
