More Changes - Possible Bug with Za'qul Encounter

Players are reporting that Mythic: Za'qul seems to have an unintended change or bug.

Mind Tether seems to be the bugged spell. Previously Mind Tether would hit the tank for roughly 17-20K.

Now it appears to be hitting tanks on average for around 300K.

This damage output is not the buff that they did earlier in the week, this seems to be an unintentional change.
