Spend $100 USD using your SEN Wallet through June 23rd, 2015 11:59pm PT, and you’ll receive a $15 USD credit back on or before July 7th, 2015 to spend on games, movies, TV shows, music and anything else that accepts SEN Wallet funds!

 

Promotion is available to legal U.S. and Mexico residents with a Sony Entertainment Network or PlayStation Network (each “SEN”) account registered in their country of residency who are 18 or older and who have spent $100.00 USD or more using the SEN Wallet between June 16th, 2015 and June 23rd, 2015 11:59pm PT. Third party application purchases are excluded. Each SEN account may only accrue a total of $15 USD in SEN Wallet credits pursuant to this promotion.

 

The promotion code (“Code”) is good for one qualifying SEN account to redeem the SEN wallet Top Up via the PlayStation Store. Code expires at 11:59PM PT on August 4th, 2015. Code cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, may not be used for any other purpose and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. You will receive the redemption Code on or before July 7th, 2015 via XMB message on PS3, system notification on PS4, PS Vita, or the email account used to set up your SEN Sign-in ID. You mustredeem Code by 11:59PM PT on August 4th, 2015.

There's no stacking, so spending $200 only gets you $15 and not $30. It works on everything on the PS Store that uses the PSN Waller for the purchases, but not for in-game purchases. I'll add more info if it's necessary.
