Xbox 360 Refurb System Plus 6 Games and 20 GB HD for 39.99?

I don't post much so I apologize if I mess any of this up. 

I just bought this "Past From the Past" Xbox 360 Console Bundle from Gamestop.com.

Usually 169.92 but right now it's marked down to 79.99. (Cheaper than just a console by itself)

For 79.99 it came with 

Xbox 360 Original System Refurbished

Wireless Controller
Power and AV Cables
20 GB Hard Drive
Halo 4
GTA IV
Borderlands 2
Mass Effect 3
Call of Duty 4
Red Dead Redemption

It's an alright deal but GameStop is also doing a Rebate deal on regular Xbox 360s where

you pay 99.99 for a Bare Bones System and mail in for $40 back on a Visa Gift Card.

I wouldn't expect them to stack but I received my console today and they sent me an

email saying, my recent purchase qualified for the Rebate. 

I'm going to assume it's an automated error but I sent off my rebate with my fingers crossed.

Just a heads up for anyone else in need of an Xbox 360. May be worth your time. 

To qualify for the rebate you gotta buy the system before 7/12/2015.
Also Keep in mind, dunno how long the price mark down for the bundle will be.
