New Empowered Conduits This Week - All Soulbinds Now Have Two Empowered Conduits

Empowered conduits make socketed conduits more powerful, with another set of empowered conduit slots unlocking this week. This week, your Covenant's first and third Soulbind will get its second empowered conduit, which means that every Soulbind now has two empowered Conduits.
