New Soulshapes in Patch 9.1.5 - Datamined Spells for Soulshapes and Crittershapes

This build adds 21 new Soulshape forms for Night Fae players which includes Cloud Serpent, Otter and Chicken Souls. Some of these Soulshapes are Crittershapes, which can only be used in rest areas.
