Hotfixes for August 9th - Stygia Rewards Doubled, Shaded Judgement Stone Toy Now Obtainable

Hotfixes for August 9th include an increase on Stygia gains from Maw daily quests, and the Shaded Judgement Stone toy is now correctly dropping from mobs in the Rift in Korthia and the Maw.

The hotfix notes also include the previously posted PvP Class Tuning and Dungeon and Raid Tuning for the week of August 10th.
