Players Can Freely Swap Between Covenants in 9.1.5 - Ripcord is Pulled!

On Blizzard's Patch 9.1.5 announcement blog post, they discuss some of the changes coming forward with the next Shadowlands patch. In these changes, one of the most requested changes is finally being added - Players will be able to freely swap Covenants in 9.1.5!
