Undocumented Nerf to Necrotic Wake Weapons and Kyrian Dungeon Bonus

Players have noticed that the Necrotic Wake weapons and Kyrian bonus have been nerfed by 50% sometime in the last week. This means that the Necrotic Wake dungeon has become much harder, especially on Tyrannical week!
