Necrotic Wake Weapons Buffed by 50% But No Longer Scale with Player Damage

Blizzard has announced that the Necrotic Wake weapons, including the Kyrian bonus, has been buffed by 50% but no longer scales with damage increasing modifiers and cannot crit.

This comes after an undocumented 50% nerf last week. However, even with a 50% damage buff to its current value, because it is now unable to crit, this is still a large nerf from last week's weapons.
