Players Who Completed Torghast Earlier This Week Now Missing 20 Soul Cinders

Yesterday, Blizzard hotfixed Torghast to allow Soul Cinders to start being obtainable at Layer 8. However, in doing so, players who completed Torghast Layer 10 earlier in the week are now missing 20 Soul Cinders compared to players who completed Torghast Layer 10 after the hotfix.
