Covenant Legendary Tuning Updates - Divine Resonance Duration Halved

Following the reversion of the Warrior and Priest legendary tuning changes, Blizzard has added another legendary to the list of upcoming Covenant Legendary Tuning - halving the duration of Divine Resonance from 30 seconds down to 15 seconds.

We’ve added one additional update, which is now available for testing on the PTR along with the rest of this package.
