Valor Upgrades in Patch 9.1 Now Requires Mythic+ Rating Instead of Completing All Dungeons in Time

In Patch 9.1, the requirements for upgrading gear for Valor have changed and no longer requires players to complete all dungeons in time. Players must acquire a certain amount of Mythic+ Rating to upgrade Mythic+ gear with Valor, similar to the Keystone achievements.

In this Patch 9.1 build, players must get enough Mythic+ Rating in Patch 9.1 to upgrade gear with Valor instead of needing to complete all dungeons in time.
