Requirements to Upgrade Gear with Valor Changing in Season 2 of Mythic+

The requirements to upgrade pieces of gear with Valor Points are being loosened in Season 2. In addition to requiring Mythic+ score, Blizzard is adding more breakpoints, allowing players to more gradually increase the item level on their gear as they gain more Mythic+ rating.
