Patch 9.1 PTR Hotfixes for June 22nd - Seasonal Mythic+ Affix Tuning

Some hotfixes have been applied to the 9.1 PTR for June 22nd, which involves a large set of tuning (mostly nerfs) to the upcoming Seasonal Mythic+ Affix, Tormented.

Aura:

Soulforge Flames   While in combat, inflicts 8 Fire damageInflicts Fire damage to all players every 3 sec.to all players.
