Patch 9.1 PTR Build 39015 Mythic+ Trash Tuning - Sanguine Depths, Halls of Atonement

This Patch 9.1 PTR build contains some Mythic+ trash tuning, nerfing some trash in Sanguine Depths and buffing some mobs in the Halls of Atonement!

Sanguine Depths

These Sanguine Depths changes reduce the impact of a missed kick/curse dispel on the Remnant of Fury cast and makes it so that the Chamber Sentinel gargolyes no longer have a frontal cleave, simply only hitting and applying the bleed to its main threat target now.
