New PvP Trinket in Patch 9.1 - Damage and Healing Absorb On Use Effect

On the Patch 9.1 PTR, the Unchained Gladiator Shackles trinket had its "On Use" effect reworked since the last time we covered it, now offering an On Use effect that does damage and applies a healing absorb to the target!

Unchained Gladiator's Shackles - Use: Shackles an enemy, inflicting 8885 Shadow damage and absorbing 13330 healing over 4 sec. You are slowed by 50% while shackling.
