Valor Tooltip Updated on Patch 9.0.5 PTR - No Longer Mentions 1,500 Valor Points Inventory Cap

The 1,500 Inventory Cap for Valor Points has been a controversial topic in the community. However, a hotfix was recently applied to Valor Points on the PTR changing the tooltip to look similar to Conquest and removing any mention of the 1,500 Inventory Cap. Could the 1,500 Valor Inventory Cap have been removed?
