Blizzard Changing World Buffs in Classic Era - Chronoboon Displacer Snapshots Buffs for Later Use

Blizzard is adjusting how world buffs work in Classic Era WoW via the Chronoboon Displacer, an item that can take a snapshot of your world buffs so you can use them at a later time. Ideally, this should encourage raiders to play their characters outside of raids, instead of logging off to preserve their buffs.
