Undocumented Windwalker Monk Changes Found on Patch 9.0.5 PTR

The Windwalker community has discovered some undocumented Windwalker changes on the Patch 9.0.5 PTR that were not caught in our datamining. These undocumented changes will likely lower Windwalker's single target and AoE DPS in the next Patch without further changes.

As these have not been confirmed from Blizzard, these changes could be unintended and changed again before it goes live.
