Patch 9.0.5 PTR Class Hotfixes for March 3rd - Thunder Clap, Eagletalon's True Focus

It seems that some hotfixes have been pushed to the Patch 9.0.5 PTR and we've datamined changes to Thunder Clap for Warriors and Eagletalon's True Focus for Hunters.

The changes below are comparing the spells from before and after the set of hotfixes, NOT to live. The announced Serrated Bone Spike Rework was not in these hotfixes.
