In true "Bugwalker" fashion; a few days ago Windwalkers discovered a new bug involving Spinning Crane Kick that popped up and has been decreasing Windwalker's AOE abilities. What is the new Spinning Crane Kick Bug?

On live servers, it appears that Windwalkers currently no longer get Mastery benefit modifying Spinning Crane Kick.
