Venthyr Level 3 Mirror Network is Missing Portal to Oribos

As players are starting to upgrade the covenant travel networks, we wanted to highlight an issue first reported in beta--the Venthyr travel network is missing the portal to Oribos.

Opening the Tier 3 portal network for the Venthyr in Sinfall gives this tooltip:

Your mastery of Mirrors will be complete. This final restoration effort will restore the mirrors in The Feeders' Thicket and Dominance Keep.
