Hotfixes for January 22 - Spiritwalker's Grace and Covenant Abilities, Alter Time and PvP Trinkets

Hotfixes for January 22 includes some interaction changes between a Shaman's Spiritwalker's Grace and certain Covenant abilities, as well as some fixes to Alter Time in certain PvP situations.

Fixed an issue where Fallen Acolyte Erisne would not grant credit for the achievement Adventurer of Bastion.

Explosive Shot (Talent) will now only show up as a debuff on the enemy's nameplate for the Hunter who casts it.
