Trainee Quests, a type of daily Callings quests, charge the player with completing World Quests in a specific zone while accompanied by a trainee. There are several trainees who may be available, but one from each Covenant will drop Dirty Glinting Objects. These are dropped every five minutes at the end of a combat. A sparkle indicates the location of the Dirty Glinting Object, which is easier to see once the mob has been looted.
