Legendary Recipes, called Memories of the Runecarver, will need to be collected in order to craft your Legendary and they have started to drop on the Shadowlands Beta. There are 200 Memories of the Runecarver being added, split among all the classes, and the community has been hard at work looking for the sources of these Legendary recipes!
