Rextroy Finds a Pricey Workaround for Sockets Reducing PvP Performance

Rextroy has found a workaround, albeit a pricey one, for the bug where sockets reduce your performance in PvP.

For reference, yesterday Rextroy explained how socketing Versatile Dark Opal caused him to deal less damage and take more damage in PvP, which is the opposite you'd expect from a Versatility boost.

To fully benefit from sockets in PvP, essentially you will have to socket your gear after you zone into an arena.
